We are down to the very end of our packing so several things on this blog are "no longer available." (In other words, since they didn't sell we have already packed them and they will have a new home in Arkansas. :)

Update...
Just wanted to let you know we have reduced the prices of several things. Please look through the pictures to see if there is anything you might be interested in. We are trying to finish up our packing at this point and finalize the arrangement of our container shipment. Looks like we will have about 3 more weeks at least in country, maybe a bit more depending on the container issues. :) So if you are interested in anything else, let us know ASAP.
If possible, if you have already spoken for things that are still at our house, please contact us this week regarding pick up and payment. We WILL be having a garage sale (of many smaller items) sometime the next couple of weeks and we will be sure to let you know the time and place. :)
At this point, almost all of the reduced prices are negotiable. :) So if you are interested in something, we will be glad to consider your offer. Just contact us via the email listed here on this blog.
And FYI....the dryer, which was previously listed as SOLD, is still available and has been reduced.

A note from Wade and Jo...
Hello, friends! It is with saddened hearts that we are leaving the Philippines to return to the United States. We have been blessed to serve here for the past 12 years. Even though our hearts are heavy at this time, we are looking forward to all that God has in store for our family and ministry!
As you can imagine, a family accumulates many things over 12 years. The purpose of this website is to give our friends an opportunity to purchase some of these items. We will be returning to the US without a house, vehicle or many other basic necessities for life in the US.
We plan to ship a container of our personal belongings, but we also know how difficult (and expensive) it can be to get certain imported items here in the Philippines. For this reason, we are putting many items in this sale that, if not purchased, we will pack them to take home. Because of this, some of these items are priced at what it will cost for us to replace it in the US, while other items are priced at fair market value here in the Philippines. We ask that you do not ask to negotiate on prices, simply because of the potential harm that this type of negotiation can have on friendships.
After a few weeks, some of the items will be reduced in price (while others may not). If you are interested in an item but do not like our price, please let us know through the contact email, and we will do our best to let you know if the price drops on that item. These cabinets were handmade from cabinet grade plywood. Each unit stands over 7 feet tall. Most of the bookshelves are adjustable in height. All bookshelves have glass cabinet doors to protect from dust. The desk/credenza is made up of six unique sections with three smoky glass pieces for the desktop.
The center desk unit is four feet wide and features a pull out keyboard tray, side drawers and shelf underneath the desk. The center hutch has glass, cabinet doors on each of the side shelves and open shelving in the middle.
Each of the side sections are 2 1/2 feet wide. One side cabinet has three drawers and the other has solid cabinet doors with pull out shelves. The hutches for each cabinet have glass doors in front of the shelves.
There are two book shelf units that are each 2 1/2 feet wide.
